So at the end of my ride today I noticed that my fork seemed like it lost all air pressure. I can bottom it out by just pushing down on the bars. What's weird is that when I depressed the Schrader valve a ton of air pressure was still released. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so how did you fix it?

Yeah, guessing the main piston is shot. So basically you had the whole leg pressurized, but it doesn't do **** to support the fork since both sides of the piston pressurized.

Simple Fix the O Ring- Underneath the main Floating Air piston is probably shot. The Air piston underneath the small c clip and the Wavy spring washer. Just get a new O ring from a local Hardware store and your good to go.

You probably ran the air chamber out of oil and now you to rebuild it or the fork has alot of time on it and you need to rebuild it (o-ring kit on around air piston).
Which is it?
:homer:
Wrong on both accounts. I recently rebuilt the fork with all new oil and also replaced the o- rings at the same time.

I'll try pulling it apart but I really doubt that I blew the o- ring in less than 10 hours of riding.

Anyone know the size of the small o- ring that slides against the air shaft? That was the only one that I couldn't find a definite match for.

Also, is there anywhere to buy those wavy spring washers?

Did you check/replace the o-ring under the solo air piston that commencal-guy suggested? That's the one I've seen fail most commonly. It sits (and gets crushed) against the metal plate, visible when you remove the piston from the top of the shaft. The next culprit would be any sliding o-ring.

Not sure where you can get the wave washer, I presume it comes in the solo air rebuild kit. Something I have used in a pinch is a rebound or compression (speedstack) return valve spring, the piston is under positive pressure in all situations anyway so it doesn't need a tonne of force to keep it closed.

Are you talking about the smallest o- ring that slides against the metal shaft? If so then yes I also replaced it.

The one I'm talking about doesn't slide at all, it's an odd use for an o-ring. It presses into the base of the piston, and half of it seals the lower face of the piston to the upper face of the metal plate that forms the top of the air shaft.

When the fork tops out, these two faces are separated (and pressure taken off the o-ring so it unseals) thus the air chambers equalize.
