How were the trails?
Ungroomed and littered with sticks apparently.
I rode Sunday and the trails were in perfect shape. For this time of the year dry and fast including some of the trails that do not get much traffic.
Only issues I saw was the little bridge on the left of Road to no where drop is broken.
That stepup looks pretty sick. Those are definitely the most underused kind of trail feature.
Isn't that step up on the US open course? It must be awesome to have a mountain like Diablo in your backyard!
Yes that step up is the US open step-up, right after the fire road and before the berm step-down...
We have so many options... Diablo, Platty, highland, Whiteface etc... in the north east, but with the gas prices as high as they are, i predict Diablo will be getting more traffic this year.
