I thought for sure that the Preds were going to score when the Canucks missed the empty net a couple of times.

I got the Wings winning tonight because the Sharks are still the Sharks after all.

Wow, Wings take it to 7. How refreshing to watch teams that know how to take a series past 4 games. :D

IAB you must be one happy camper to see your Red Wings come back from down 3-0.

Will the Sharks stay true to form and complete the total choke by losing game 7? My money is on the Red Wings now after San Jose failed to seal the deal in Games 5 and 6.

It's nice and all and I'm happy for them, but I have not been too emotionally invested in the NHL the last couple of seasons. I'll be happier that the Red Wing haters might STFU for at least another week.

I still hate the Wings, but think they're going to to win this series now.

That Sharks vs. Red Wings series was excellent.

Who was that guy wearing #19 for the Sharks last night?? Was that really Joe Thornton, or an imposter??

Nope it really was Jumbo Joe - he was excellent in all aspects of the game last night.

That backhander by Datsyuk for the second goal was just sick sick sick. What a shot.

Hope the Sharks dump the Canucks.

New York Rangers enforcer Derek Boogaard was found dead Friday in his Minneapolis apartment. He was 28.

The team announced Boogaard's death on Friday night, but gave no details.

The Star Tribune newspaper in Minneapolis first reported Boogaard was found dead in his home by members of his family. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office in Minnesota confirmed those details and said an autopsy was pending.

RIP Boogeyman.

Good game last night. Canuck's earned the W. That should be a great series.

I wonder if Boston can respond in Game 2 with a better performance? I'm sure Timmay Thomas will play better, but will the rest of the team??? Kaberle - I'd bench him! He sucks.

Great game last night and I have to agree, should be interesting to see how the B's respond after that bad game. Timmy Thomas was not looking good.

Wish I could have heard Jack Edwards call that one.

Crazy game last night!

Boy - Boston nearly blew that one. I don't think the Bruins can be too pleased with giving up 10 goals against in two games. Should be interesting to see how they play in Tampa. I really liked how Tampa never gave up and kept pushing in the third period. Heck if they had scored on those breakaways in the 2nd period it may have been a much different scenario in Boston last night.

Seguin was excellent for Boston last night. I hope he gets more and more minutes now. We'll see I guess.

Oh no the Cycle Twins are getting started. Some of those passes last night were crazy. The 7th goal on the PP was just text book.

I don't think I've seen a player make so many dumb decisions as Eager last night. The hit from behind, dumb trip, standing over Lou after he scored and then trying to start that fight at the end. At least he saw some boobs in the pentaly box.
