Goddamit, the tracking number for my wheel is now invalid. The dude assures me he shipped it "a couple days ago" That rim and hub are hard to get, I REALLY don't want it lost.

Yesterday was a good day. No doubt the highlight was the new gym socks I picked up at Costco. Rainy day here today but all sorts of stuff to do (brunch, bike shop, shopping, cleaning). Wife already dragged me to the gym this morning. Y'all stay dry.

And on an unrelated note, I take back all of the bad things I said about LG appliances. With the new pump/motor in the dishwasher, you could remove powder coat with it. it rules!

friday night:
gave a bath to one of the cats. made chicken wings. drank beer. watched tv w/ the missus.
saturday:
rode 6MR. despite being an early season ride, still managed to finish in 1:45. Was my first ride using a Joplin post. Totally sold.
came home, showered, napped, went out for ethiopian food. VERY good. will be going there again. Walked around Montclair NJ, checked a few stores. Would have stayed longer, but it started raining. Came home, drank beer and hung out w/ the missus, watched some TV.
Today:
coffee now. cleaning around the apt. bottling white ale, racking DIPA. Was supposed to go to diablo, but rain + high chance of thunderstorms = pass.
4 day week, then off to the Platty ProGRT.
friday night:

so far I have spent the day doing Low Angle Rescue Training, followed by 2 hours of EMS trauma refersher. Now at 2pm we get to have lunch at the station
