Anyone tried contacting them lately? I've been calling them for the past 3 weeks with ZERO response. No one picks up the phone, no one returns voice mails, no one responds to emails... WTF?
Kinda loosing hope with this brand, quickly.
Anyone else experience this?

Yes. I have wanted the new dm stem they have been advertising for a year. I finally gave up after no response to email. It's to bad because they seem to have a good reputation.

Hmmm, that's a bummer to hear. Was hoping I was an isolated case. I know you can still get their products and their dealers don't really know anything either. I wonder what's up.

Thanks for the email address. Shot him an email just now. I really want to have a good experience with these guys. Looks like great products and I always like supporting the little guys! Plus their pedals and stem would make my new bike look great.

their products are first rate as well - pedals are really good especially with the longer pins on the inside :)

dang, i tried to back out a wrecked pin, and the head snapped off, now I have a stubbly thing that pliers wont grasp - got to figure it out so I can remove and replace it.

Still loving them.

Burp-raap! also: Gnar, Shred, Bling and derp-a-derp.

Seems to be a typical problem with any pedal that threads from the opposite side like that after they are bent. If you are running the aluminum pins then your kind of asking for the hassle too (disclaimer: I am also running the aluminum pins). Best way to get them out is by using a drill. Get a smaller bit and carefully drill out the old pin without messing up the threads.

I just got word back from them, I guess it has been a crazy busy few weeks for them. I was also trying to get the new DM stem (the crazy adjustable one) and I guess they aren't done yet.

Great company, I love their pedals.

Are your pedals still hard to turn?

I've done tons of miles on mine and they are still crazy tight.

Yeah mine are tight to rotate by hand too, but I also don't notice it while riding.

I actually like that better, more predicable when you take your foot off for a corner etc.

One of my will do a couple of turns if I flip it, the other is still tiger-tight.

I do like that they dont spin freely; its not necessary - and has a plus noted above, and you definitely dont notice it when riding.

I have them on e13 ADK's and when the chain is off, they seem tight as well, but also super smooth and dont notice it at all when riding.

Mine are tight too, even after a year of riding on it. Tried it on my AM bike, and didn't like the drag when climbing. Don't know whether it actually does effect climbing or not, but took it off after a ride or 2. No issues on DH bike though.

they dont bed in to spin freely but I find this really helps with finding them after you loose one mid-air - deliberate or otherwise :)
Certainly no issue when riding normally

I loosened the bolt/allen head, spun the pedals, and resnugged them both and it took them from super stiff to much smoother and easier to turn, but only one even approaches spinning. (I think it will actually only turn over, 1/2 rotation, if I 'slap' the edge.
