Cheap exotic rental cars?

Anybody know of a place that rents out cool cars, but specifically the cheaper ones. I dont need to spend 1,500 to drive a ferarri, but something relatively fast (which would be mega fast to me) would be good. Found a place that did v10 Vipers for 400, but it was in florida.

Specifically a GT500, vette, gtr, or viper,just something exotic enough to put a big smile on my face without killing my wallet.

Any monkies that want to rent their personal cars are encouraged as well :thumb:

Just a disclaimer, i have 2 reasons for doing this. 1 of them is because driving a cool car would be sweet, that said, i dont have the balls to drive it anywhere near its capabilities, nor speed like a mad-man. The other reason is for a prank on my girlfriend. (been telling her that ima put her car up as a down payment so "we" can get a fast car, oddly enough, she believes it!)

2 birds with 1 stone, drive a fast car and piss off the GF :D

There was a dude in Medford that offered his Ducati 1198S for rent @ $250 for a 3 day weekend. I was considering it until I felt bad for what I would have done to his bike in 3 days. He said there was no limit on miles. :D

My R1 was 0-60 in 2.7, that is fast enough for me.

A kid I went to high school with learned to drive by having his dad rent a Porsche 911 stick for a week. :facepalm:

I suppose his father didn't want to risk him f'ing up his Ferrari though. :rofl:

just for kicks, see i been messing with her telling her that now since i have a full time job (woohoo!) that ima get the money for a down payment and pay off the ______ for a long time. The funny part is that she thinks im serious and buys it 100% I keep tellin her that ima use her exploder as the down payment and work it off per month. She says i need to save for my future blah blah blah (and she is right... but also gullible) So if i show up to her house in some sports car, she will totally buy it 100% It will be lolz :rofl:

They used to have a white GT3 that was roughly $600/day that I was thinking about. Then I came to my senses and realized that it would be a catastrophic waste of money.

Also, this place only lets you put 100 miles/day on the cars. Go over that and you pay an extra $4/mile. It adds up quickly.

sounds like a first girlfriend midlife crisis and your trying to hard for a mcdonalds date, chances of finding something hot as your car are slim as you more than likely will be driving to fast. Now what if you told her you had a helicopter with your leftover milk money and took her on a night time flight around nyc. I'm sure nothing would make her happier than to watch all those pretty lights reflecting upon the water.

It's was just under $500 total for a 'vette over a weekend from enterprise with all the extra coverage/taxes/surcharges and such. Pretty sure the camaro would have been $3-400, don't remember for sure though. Had to go through an airport branch to get anything intersting at all.

Dude, you're only 20. good luck getting a rental car place to rent to you for anything reasonable, especially something "Fast". You're considered a huge liability as far as any company is concerned and that means they're gonna charge you out the ass for a rental in case you bin it.

You'd be better off either borrowing a friend's car, or get an older friend to rent it and just don't get caught driving it anywhere near where the rental place employees could find you.

Or just give up on this idea because it's stupid and you're just gonna waste a lot of your money for something that isn't going to be that funny. Your girlfriend will think you're a dick and you're going to lose a lot of money in the process.

Go buy bike parts instead or something, or hell, listen to your girl and save it.

For a second I read your name as TheMontashu and was utterly confused by the presence of logic. Then I re-read your post and saw my error.

Btw Demo, there is no point to what you are attempting. You'll just look like an ass no matter what you do.
