This house in the Nakameguro district of Tokyo, Japan, takes “playhouse” to a whole new level. The firm Level Architects designed a house with a three-storyslide. (Level Architects/ www.level-architects.com)

...ok these are all 'ramps' that they have designed as side projects, but they do represent their work. Zaha Hadid has designed some amazing buildings that would be a ton of fun to ride. I think Gehry's stuff wouldn't lend itself to riding so much because it's mostly thin metal paneling. Millenium Park in Chicago is something stateside that you might be familiar with that he's done. He's also done the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles and the Experience Music Project in Seattle.

The reality of being an architect....so true, from an architect. Ok so it's not that bad, but some of it is dead on true!
Best parts have got to be "you will design strip malls" and "you will spend the next ten years drawing bathrooms and stairs." Spot on.
