Sounds like the neighbor from hell..Im guessing hes taking your kindness for weakness. Old Jail instincts kicking in and getting all alpha male on the block..

Thinking you need to make a stand here. Maybe some direst eye contact and posturing of some kind. Take a crap in your hand and throw it at him??

Because if you dont, well, there could be a deliverance type situation happening, or a re creation of OZ, either way a fence isnt going to help you..

Deep in the heart of TEXAS
My good friend works for the Sherrif's dept, he's sending a trooper over to our house tonight so I can discuss the matter.
They're called deputies with the sheriff's dept. ;)

I'd damn sure make it knowledge that him putting a toe on my grass is trespassing. Don't know the rules there, but in TX it's gold. No orders as far as I know. What a douche.

My own world inside my head
Thing is he tripped and fell on a job site, that's how he's building his house.

LAME douche bag all around.
Dead men tell no tales?????? Its always your word against theirs.... if they dont have anything to say... well you get the idea

Seriously, I have a Dbag neighbor like you do, in fact its the 19 year old kid to be exact. He finally stopped being such a Dbag the day he let his dog out and was telling the dog to bite me. Dog ended up with a swift hard kick to the face with my steel toes...... The kid came at me like he was hardcore telling me he was going to kick my ass, I gotta watch my back ETc Etc... all while following me onto my property, well he followed me right to the open garage door were the 12G was sitting inside..... He got a real close veiw of the business end of it. So I tell him leave, because i will shoot you right here with your family watching..... he leaves, calls the cops....... cops actually ask me why I didnt shoot....... His tune has changed now that he realizes I was in full authority to shoot him and I didnt.

Sometimes it takes something like that.........

Maybe pay a crack head ten bucks to burn his house down???

Still a diversion from your OP but I'm so sad to hear you're having to deal with this. There are some really funny comments in here (crap in hand had me in stitches) but I'm stressed for you buddy.

Wishing you and the family safety and a miracle resolution so you can go back to living peacefully. Never hesitate to call law enforcement or city zoning with infractions. Maybe keep a log of every encounter.

Good luck!

Hire me to go to his old nieghborhood and go around asking folks he may or may not know if they have seen this little boy (we will need a picture of a random little boy dressed up in a holy communion or boy scout gear) or this gentleman (we need his mug shot or a jail photo and a current photo). Word will get around fast. If he is up to no good then his peeps will drop a dime on him so fast he will never see it coming. By the time any of this gets back to you, I am long gone... House goes on market because he skips town, or needs the money for legal expenses. GFF moves east and gets a job at OCC and it starts all over again... Who you gonna call?

Sue him for deprivement of peaceable enjoyment of your property under the auspices of nuisance law. His subtle intimidation is causing you to have to live in fear of reprisal. As he has been tried and convicted in the past of violent and detrimental crimes, he is at a lower standard when it comes to what he does as to cause harm to others by proxy.

In other words, he is making your home a living hell, he's a con, and your wife and her sweet MILF friends are more important under the law than he is. Take his ass to civil court, sue him for more than he has. Settle out of court if he'll move the **** out.

We are starting that process now with our neighbors........ Funny how reasonable expectations like a peacefull home go so far with judges. We are asking for the pay off for our house, plus the cost of what it would take to get into another home and fee's, all waived if the landlords will just move the jackass nextdoor out.

This may sound like a stupid question, but did you make sure that you built your fence on your property?

Did you have your property lines checked or did you just build it well away from the line?

Not a stupid question at all. Yep, It was all recently surveyed. I made sure they put it 1.5 feet off the line too. I have 9acres so I didn't mind losing a sliver.

I take pride in my scummyness. I'm a bad guy. I do bad things. I have bad habits, and I don't want to change them. I sold my soul for a degree, and it keeps me over fed and with a lot of toys.

But I thank you for your support.
