I saw one of those getting on an on-ramp yesterday as I was driving back from a ride. after seeing this vid, I slowed down and tucked in safely behind him... sure enough, he guns it like a moron (into heavy traffic) and (quickly) gets up to speed... only to sit in the backed up traffic. personalized plates too. I just don't understand some people....
