Thanks!!

Thanks guys! Looking at the Marzocchi site sober is a lot easier as I found out this morning... turns out you have to create a login before getting access to the relevant info.

Anyways... did an oil change (along with a full tear-down) today and 335cc is a bit too much in the RC3 leg. I removed the spring and cycled the damper and with 335cc, the fork does not get full travel. (about 1.5" left when it hydro-lock's...)

I found out that around 275-290cc is the ticket. Hope this helps somebody out there...

you dont have to create a login. its under "tech area" like in the link 6thelement posted.

odd that you are getting hydrolock with the suggested oil amounts since their 888 info is correct.

Bet you still had old fluid in there. When this could be the case, always measure from the top with the stanchion bottomed out and the damper fully extended. Unfortunately I don't know what that measurement would be.

Ya, I prolly f***ed up and didn't cycle all the old oil out, but honestly at this point... not really that concerned with it. Fork works wonderfully (open bath > ** for ease of service)

Off to Whistler in 4 days so we'll see how it holds up!! :D
