100% of that half arent professional DH racers that are supported by numerous mfg's.
Seriously I thought you would be the last person to feel buthurt about it. It wasn't that bad (or serious) and if trib is right try to go through your customs not being a us citizen and be positive.

Your face.
I heard all 3 Athertons will be combining into one super Atherton named AtherTRON.

In response, GT will drop Mick Hannah, who will start a fruit farm in the US with his wife called Hannah and Hannah Banana rama Montana.

Its all fact.

Interesting as GT runs Sram suspension. Gee would presumably be on the Blackbox program in that case? Or will they stick with Fox

i could give two sh!ts about what he said. im just saying people making comments on internet forums isnt quite the same as someone who is in the media spotlight all season and constantly has a camera in their face. plus, ive had british food. its horrific. :p

If I were in athlete management at an American based bike company, I would turn them down as well, given all their snide remarks about America, Americans, and American food...
I haven't heard all their comments, but the ones I did hear about American food were spot on. A lot of our food is tasty, but we eat more "junk" than Europeans. That being said, USA is still the best mutha-effing-country on God's green earth!!!:rockout:

the only team I could see him joining and it working is giant.
They already were with Giant for a year or two before they went to Commencial. I don't really see them going back to Giant, but I guess anything's possible.

As for GT; I think they have a stronger DH bike following in Great Britain and Europe, so that could be reason for the Athertons to move. If this is the case, I hope GT keeps Beaumont.....or he goes to Syndicate (but I don't think that's gonna happen).

Whatever they say about american food- we got every single country in europe's asses beat in the sandwich department.

The thing is we don't have to eat sandwiches. We can cook.;)
Cook?

What do you mean I can't just walk into a store and buy a 2000 calorie mound of Monsanto bread, medicated meat and GM veg covered in 15 delicious spicy sauces?

;)

Lobos sold well - died young
I-drives sold ok - died young
Furys? Well out of 300 riders at a race last weekend, I saw one. Don't think they're doing too well at all, although I expect the Alu one to sell ok

I think that the Fury could use some geometry refinement. The BB is too high, the head angle is too steep, and wheelbase is too short. Maybe with the Athertons on board there will be some tweaks. That said, I've never ridden the Fury so it's all armchair engineering and e-speculation on my behalf!

Pffft, pies should have meat in them, not fruit. That alone makes the USA a mockery of a country

I'm pretty sure that professional bike riders don't switch sponsors due to how big a following a bicycle brand has in a given region. Note the part about professionals, as opposed to internet fanboys.

The 2010 one or the 2011 one that comes with an angleset and is already slackened out? I wonder if they would be better with -2 headset + a 55mm stem.
