Fortunately, the week after we got home they got snowfall amounts that were measured in feet. Jerks.

Wife is in the market for new skis this year. Since I got new skis, new boots, a new road bike and a new car in 2011, I'll allow her to get the new skis. In my defense though, it's all stuff that was real old and needed replacing.
