So I've got a friend who gets 100 bucks a year from his work that he can spend towards health related stuff. He's got 700 US dollars left over, and wants a new bike. What's the best mountain bike I can find for under 700 bucks. Can't buy used because he needs a reciept to get the money or whatever. It'd be nice for it to be FS, but I know that that isn't reasonable. He does mostly trail/xc riding.
