i wasn't expecting six bands....monstro, tiger!tiger!, red fang, dillinger escape plan, the black lips, mastodon.

the black lips were funny as sh!t...people throwing beer at them..."you can't heckle better than that?"

1. I agree wholeheartedly that they suck sasquatch's dong.

2. They were opening for Mastodon? Who the **** thought that was a pairing that made any semblance of sense?

Saw Dillenger a few years ago and liked them a lot. Saw them before Mastodon a couple of weeks ago and jeez did they suck. Red Fang and Mastodon were epic. House of Blues Boston is a bland venue but it has had consistently good sound.
