What could he gain from the cop portion of it (moneywise)?.....all I can see is the cops losing their jobs for being unprofessional, but I don't see how they owe anything to the guy.

I'm a little surprised that the paramedic/firefighters didn't say anything to the cops.

They tend to not like crap like that when they got a man's life hanging on their fingertips.

I thought it was common knowledge that Cops view anyone who isn't a Cop as 'turds'.......basically pains in the a$$ that make their job difficult.

On that note, I was on my night ride yesterday, cruising through a SF neighborhood, when I see a woman crossing the street diagonally, i.e. catty corner. As I approach the intersection, a pickup is making a u-turn while she is in the middle of the road, almost hitting her.

She decides to turn back, but guess what, I'm right behind her now, with my Niterider full in her face.

Now this all happened at 9mph, so the truck stopped, so did I, and she was make it across the street.

Of course I said, "Cross in the crosswalk or run faster!"
