I just installed a new dvd burner and my windows 7 did not load the drivers to use it. I've tried driver detective , configure new hardware,etc and nothing works. Any help would be appreciated.

Tried that, no drivers to download. Windows 7 should detect the new hardware and install drivers for it but it doesn't.
Send it to Fox for a rebuild...
plenty of compression, just no rebound.
Try it now?
