That must have been one hell of a pitch from the boys a Marzocchi.

Why? Now that they don't have to pay to have Lopes chest waxing done every few days that should free up most of they're budget and put the company back in the black. Although things don't look good for x-fusion unless they pick up a salon sponsor

Wow - sexy frames with the new colors and trim!

I've asked around, but when the heck are the ENVE DH rims going to be avialable for purchase? Anyone?

Sheffield Steel represent: check out the 4:12 mark where Peaty is practically carrying around a tree on his shoulder. LoL.

Note the technique used to break it into kindling. This is a man that knows what he is doing Ladies and Gentleman.

:D

The new rigs with the FOX running gear look badass!

Congrats to Roskopp, Fitzy, and the boys at Shimano on their new partnership!

The word on the street is late summer.
this is not accurate. We haven't started on production changes yet. The existing V10 is one of the lightest bikes on the market, and it's strong, stiff and is good for years of beatings - daily riding by those of us without a team of mechanics to do rebuilds each evening.

We develop the V10 with the team and believe in the racers spending race time on bone stock (pre-production, but based on what we're going to make for everyone else) before producing it for sale. All of 2010 and 2011 WC season was on stock frames. Right now we're working on the R&D side of things. Between last year's World Champs and the test session, we took ~100g out of the swingarm.
Today, the first R05 swingarm showed up. Its another 180g lighter than that! - and equal stiffness. If that survives testing, we'll use that for the first races and the ones in that nice little video from Italy will be discarded.

There are other changes planned for during this year's race season that will be revealed as they come along - but I guarantee you won't see a new frame for production until well after its been tested racing. Fortunately for us (but not for pit-gawkers) a lot of carbon changes are invisible

Enve is taking pre orders and they are in production but they said theyre still a month or two out. They were honest with me and weren't in a hurry to take my order, they didn't give me any two weeks bs.

Just wondering. Geez...
"The Santa Cruz Syndicate is saying goodbye to SRAM after 8 seasons...We had our sponsors set up a few months ago, though, so the Steve Peat Syndicate will remain on SRAM & Rock Shox componentry through the 2012 race season!"
