When did Colombia start offering prostitutes???
Probably when they formed cities with bars and clubs. This is very common in 3rd world countries and has been going on for decades. Similar brothels are abundant in costa rica, mexico, thailand, philipines, eastern europe, africa, list goes on and on... The SS agents, military personel, and many others have been hiring their services for decades.

Yeah it implies Service Service. Full acronymn for them is USSS. Only thing that seperates the guys that are guarding the president now and guys guarding the past presidents is they got caught. 20 year veterans of the military were also caught in the columbian cookie jar.
