Flying back to NYC tomorrow. Oldest son sick not ideal for the flight home and they say 1-2 inches of snow when we land tomorrow not good either. I had planned to pickup my road bike Sunday and ride it home but that is not going to happen. Still it will be nice to be home after two weeks on the road.

Morning.

Today is my only day at work this week, then the weekend again. It's a tough life but someone has to do it.

HOLY BALLS IT IS FRIDAY IF YOU ASK ME! I'm taking Monday off, thus I have a four day weekend. No French toast for me today, but someone did bring in donuts. My tummy says, "Yummy! Have a donut! You need it!", and my brain says, "Eat that you'll feel like sh*t, you moron." I think the brain will win this battle.

Good morning.

I'd LOVE me some french and/or freedom toast this morning. I'd make some too, if'n I had any food in this house. Grocery shopping seems to be on that to-do list I ignored yesterday. :hmm:

Started looking for a new job. I don't think I can handle another year of sitting at a desk all day. I'm really not cut out for cube work.

So looking into general labor type work. I've found one that is like a property maintenance at a zoo, which would be an awesome environment to be in everyday, but I imagine there are probably lots of people who think that, so if that doesn't work out for me, where else can I find a well-paying general labor type job where I get to spend lots of time out doors? Suggestions? I don't mind getting dirty, cold, or wet. I just want to be moving throughout the day.

structural steel welding and bolting inspector, I was just climbing around like a monkey on the 105th floor of WTC and all over in the basements too. Its kinda fun exploring around subway tunnels and the like also. molten metal FTW.

You live in Boeingville, go see about a flight line job. It's all you want and then some. Ask Pesqueeb!

These two things are generally mutually exclusive... unless your definition of "well-paying" is significantly different than mine. Which it very well may be.
All good thoughts, and as a white woman, I'm sure my idea of "well paying" is significantly different than yours :)
