BigT doesn't believe in Valentines Day. BUT, her birthday is in 2 days.

Sliced open my finger last night while cleaning my new planer. That hurt. Cut deep, too. Must remember that planer knives are REALLY sharp.

Moar office today.

Still on our Midwest vacation visiting my wife's family. Haven't been on the :monkey: much since we were up in northwest Missouri and eastern Nebraska for the past few days. My wife's grandparents live in a town in Nebraska with a population of 154 (no, I'm not kidding). Now we're back near civilization again at my sister-in-law's place just outside of Kansas City.

I asked my girl if she wanted to do anything for valentines day, she said "no, but we can hang out on Thursday."
Fingers crossed it isn't a trap.

Ah yes. Good old Valentine's Day. Got some new drapes last night to celebrate. That and B&H delivered a box with a new GoPro Hero 3 and goodies. Pretty pumped about that.

Got a nice card, the Pre-requisite flowers, and will be making chicken parm tonight for the lady. Gotta bank some brownie points for 3/14.

New truck still only half together. Every time I try to do something, I am missing some stupid piece or something I need. I have my doors all prepped, get my fiberglass ready to go, no paint brush. WTF?!?!

All I need is 1, maybe 2 paint brushes and about a yard of gray carpet to finish up, then I need to run the last few wires, then I can button everything up. But I am at work instead of finishing the truck. I might have a date this weekend, so I need to put the redneck battle truck together before then.

morning all! We were going to go skiing but were lazy and didn't pack our sh!t last night, so we're going to have dinner and maybe play some video games with the kid tonight. That sounds quality. The hubby is working on planning a date (like--the WHOLE thing, childcare and all!!) for Saturday night. I hope it works out... It would be amazing!

For Valentine's Day, I gave MBC a Mother's Day card I found in the house. It's all I had. She gave me a round trip car ride (90 minutes) to physical therapy.

It was a good day.
