i forgot about that. I don't know if i feel safe in the lodge anymore...especially after florida man fell into a sinkhole.
I dunno; I think if there were any structural issues, the place would've come tumbling down while people were riding bikes through the house...

We are booked. New owner is very nice and they are making improvements to the lodge so the cost will be slightly more...BUT she really wants to keep us as renters so we're discussing options for pricing right now

I was thinking of asking the same thing of Burke Mountain! And, they aren't "forcing"...they're new owners and have a mortgage so they're trying to go about things in a more orderly fashion than the previous owners.
New owners have done this...thus the new "regulations" and formalities!
