Met Lovebunny over the weekend in San Diego. He reignited the fire under my ass to get something going.
I'm saying we do one of the first two weekends in August at Northstar. We'll rent a place up near there I know about that can sleep 15, its $200 a night, so we whack it up among whomever is going to show.
Rules of the deal go like this:
- If you're coming to "Monkeyfest West Coast" then you're staying in the cabin, and you're paying your part of the room. No crashing outside (Tahoe frowns on that) no crashing in your car (they frown even harder on that.)
- Once we set dates, that's it.
- You break it, you buy it.
- I'm not putting the cabin in my name or on my card.
So what will it be, August 2 - 4 or August 9 - 11?

Good luck getting anyone to step up to that, considering the possible guest list.
Either of those weekends will be tight, however, I really, really, really want to do a cameo for a bit. I need to meet you all. If I supply the, er, a beer for my 5mins???
Buffalo and I really want to come but have to know which weekend and see if we'd be able to drive out and back without missing more work
Well let's put it to a vote retards. Which weekend will it be. I need to figure it out too as I am going to need to block out some time with my folks and with my best friend who just really did a number on his collar bone.
I would love to make this trip. Now that I have moved, I might be able to pull off an August trip.

Are canucks welcome at this event? I don't have any guns but i drink beer and ride a bike.
If I don't have my kids I might hop on a plane and come down. It would be nice to ride somewhere different.
