Whatcha got there, Hondo! Yesterday was a good exercise day. 7 mile run pre-work, 21 mile shop ride post-work. Lots of bugs in the mouth and eyes on that ride, plus it's been a while since it rained that hard during one of our rides. It was a thorough soaking. Good times.

Hello all. After a good day at work I had a ****ty attempted-test-driving evening. Wasted 3 hours driving to Woodside and then Brooklyn due to dealers' inability to communicate that they actually don't have the vehicle I was looking for physically on their lot.
I did capture this along the way, though. Note the crossing of the yellow line, the ATVs (totally illegal on the street in NY), the lack of helmets, and the wheelies here and there. Hooligans.

FYIF!!! More plans of working on projects around the house this weekend. Trying to get the place looking good before the in-laws are in town in a few weeks for my son's 1st b-day. Hoping to squeeze in a small ride as well but who knows.

Mornin! Went for a run last night, plasti dipped my grille, and got some pulled pork ready for the slow cooker. Looking to be hot as balls out there today, good thing my team at work is going down to Revere beach for lunch. 
avy cart showed up yesterday. can't wait to drop that in, and gotta lace a new spoke or 2 into my rear wheel before my DH bike is back in business. can't wait to go put some laps on it.
other than that, painting the family room this weekend. and finally getting the kayaks out tomorrow for the first time this year.

Finally got to ride yesterday after a week + of stomach virus. Sweated a couple gallons in the process. Afterwards had a guy try to break into my car and snatch my bike in a busy grocery store parking lot. Good thing I'm from the hood and had a pretty good idea what he was up to and went back and moved my car. The bag boy was collecting carts and confirmed he was looking into my car as I was walking into the store. FVCK YOU BIKE THIEF !!!
