Bruins are 8-1-1. That is all that matters.

Enjoying watching the Nucks fail...
I enjoyed it so much, I watched the first 7 minutes of so of the third period three times last night. It was glorious.
Schneider AND Luongo deserve better. AV will be fired after this season, with Gillis soon to follow. How they can be so bad, with so much talent between the pipes, is beyond the players. Although Schenider looked street hockey horrible on those 2 5 holers...

.Kings didn't play like they wanted to win tonight. ****ing lazy. Penner took a bunch of stupid penalties, and the Hawks played clean and smart. They controlled the game. Taking 36 shots helps too.
Hopefully the Kings can bring some of the spark they had last year to tomorrow's game. This is going to be an epic series. Go Kings Go!

Crosby was slashing Bruins all night, and the refs only decide to penalize him in the last 2 minutes of the game? WTF?
I was taught to play a full 60 minute game (...although growing up I think we played 15 minute periods), it's too bad the refs werent taught to ref 60 minute games...
My wings collapsed. I hate the black hawks and the pens. I can not stand crosby, I wish I was good enough to play just one shift against him, 1. so he could embarrass me, but 2. so I could verbalize how much of a bitch I think he is and then take a jab at him.

After blocking the shot, Campbell remained on the ice for more than a minute in obvious pain and helped the Bruins kill off the penalty.

EPIC Cup final approaches...gonna be a great one! Two teams at their peaks, have both had emotional playoff runs, both were close to being eliminated yet pulled the series out. Both defeated adversity to make the final...looking forward to this one.

Yep...thats MY guys! Got up way too early and caught the 3d over the interweb. Game was mehh until the last 58 seconds! Now that the injury reports are trickling out I am even more amazed at these guys. I played hurt growing up, but nerve damage resulting in numb legs (Hossa) concussion symptoms (Toews), seperated shoulders (Horton, Bergeron) broken ribs etc...amazed. Tough kids.
That was the worse choke of a minute I have ever seen but you got to give it to the hawks they had one hell of a season.
I dont consider it a choke by any means, it was a lightning strike. A choke is what the Laffs did vs. the Bs. They had them down, and should have been able to hold them off. That sh!t happened so fast yesterday it caught everyone by surprise. Coach Q had the Hawks getting ready for OT after the tieing goal, Bollands line is not by any means the gogogetagoal line, they are the shutdown, hold tight guys. Oduya and Hjallmarsson are the shut down D pairing, they just stepped up and took care of things.
I thought Coach Julien was great in his post game interveiw. Very gracious and composed, yet positive even in the face of defeat. As were all the Bruins.
I was so pissed at the NHL about the lockout that I swore I would not follow anymore, it would be only Jrs and overseas hockey. But just like the Sosa/McGuire steroid fueled homerun derby in 97(?) that brought me back to watching baseball, this season has brought me back to the NHL and the Blackhawks.
