It's been a strange trip into the land of sober living. Lots of changes and new concepts to master. Quitting, although by an unusual motivator, has been one of the best things to happen to me. I am physically and mental way healthier than before. Lost close to 50 pounds, lowered my blood pressure, started riding trails a lot more, and let go of some of my anger issues.
