My all-rounder is coming up on a year old and there's nothing on the horizon that I'm itching to swap it out for. A couple of recent suspension and tire updates has me digging it more than ever. :thumb:

Thinking about a new paintjob for the Tues and the dbc-cartridge for the 888 if it fits and is affordable. Might switch the Trailbike but it's really hard to decide if I should just change the frame or buy a complete build. (canyon spectral would be nice but it sucks that it doesn't come with a pike).

I have one of these on order. I've heard they are good for riding down a hill.

Mucho fun for going down a hill.

Mine will stay the same for next year, maybe a Push service on the RC4 over the winter.

Update:

went for the full saint treatment and swapped the fork out for more enduro-specific riding (also low bb):

if that's how you enduro, then i was enduro before enduro got enduro'd.

BITD when i got my first DH bike - specialized s-works (the first time around) i threw a marz DJ (first gen) on it just so i could ride it until my shiver showed up.

You mean the Palmer DH FSR? My wife had a 20mm Pike on hers for awhile....

My XC whip it has Shimano Zee 1x10sp drivetrain which I totally dig,RF narrow wide chainring is on it's way for where I live a 34t will be enough.

Your scrotum must be really compact for you to feel safe on that bike.
That claim is a myth by it's self over the past years with this suspension design,if you do slide of the saddle your scrotum/nuts are safe. You will always land on the top tube instead on the shock;).

Unless you slide from saddle and then you drag you feet on the ground with your chest over the bar and you butt sucked under the seat :D

I did that this year but that was on a steep jump when I didn't expect to bottom my shock but yeah it's possible so I hope you aren't doing any jumps on it ;)

Just gave her a little freshen up...

Pike Dual Position...shock rebuild/revalve and a set of those light-bicycle rims..dh layup came in just under 450g's each making for a nice light wheelset laced to the DT 240s...

Just got the shock back last night cant wait to ride it...wheels feel way faster in the driveway..
