one thing we all know is that brake disks should never have any kind of venting or cooling. The more solid the better.

Call me Sally, but I kinda like the idea of an e-bike for commuting. Gonna have to convert this sucker to motard.

I can't really show up sweaty to my office, so bike commuting is not really viable. Transport requiring no gas, no insurance, no licensing might be worth giving up my man card for.

"the Brutus 750 opens up a whole new world of motorcycling to the masses. "

what do they mean by masses? who the hell is actually going to buy this stuff other than rich idiots who need another toy to jerk themselves off about?

this bike program seems pretty opposite to what caterham cars are about, ie purpose built, well engineered, pure driver's cars. none of these bikes has anything to do with that legacy or anything at all really. I could have seen caterham coming out with a 270lb, 75hp chromoly trellis framed supermono sort of bike, but not these abortions.

I don't know what the deal is with that Brutus, but regarding the e-bikes, maybe they see a bigger market for these in the future. Bikes are fashionable again, which opens up a wider popular market, the only problem is you have to exert effort to make them go. And thus, fashionable e-bikes. They might actually catch on.

You guys are aware that your class warfare comments are being posted in a Downhill...MountainBike...forum........right??

Surely theres an "Ironic Postings" forum nearby that would be more appropriate?

Unless your computer/tablet/phone that you're using is one of those hand cranked ,green ones they send to African children, then my apologies.
