Does anyone know whether those new Sprint Race pants have pockets?

EDIT: Nevermind, just spotted that they do.

New sprint, the most delayed product launch of my life! haha.
The guys have been testing/competing in it now since before rampage. It will launch for sale monday the 3rd of march. It will be available in other colors of course, with an accompanying short. The entire kit has been redesigned, bicycle specific and super light, yet durable (Semenuk rode his 2 runs of rampage in the black/grey kit, crashed twice and has been filming in it all winter, the same 1 sample test kit I gave him) and Brosnan racing in his same test kit, Gwin too, Ropelato, etc...I do not tell my guys what to wear, they all make their own choices, and EVERYONE has decided to not wear pants for pretty much the last few years, with the new SPRINT pant, all of these guys have said "Man, I am going back to pants full time, these are amazing"-truth.)

I'm really surprised that it took TLD so long to release something like the Sprint pants.
While the Moto pants look nice, they really are not all that practical for MTB - and I never got why pockets aren't included (surely Moto guys also need to stick keys somewhere?)

Then came the SE Pro bike which seem to be lighter than the Moto, not entirely perforated like the Moto air pants, but is incredibly expensive (RP in the UK was astronomical). These new Sprints seem to tick all the right boxes.

Over your shoulder whispering
Now that I have been fitted for a monstrous knee brace with lots of velcro straps and nothing the slightest bit durable looking about it, I'm going to have to go back to pants to keep from destroying my frame.

I do not look forward to the "zuh-Wickkk" "zuh-Wickkk" sound of walking my bike in them. :D

Where is the info on the Sprint Pants?

Are they designed for MTB or still just for 5'6" guys wearing moto boots?

I'm 6' and use 5.10 shoes for mountain biking, and leave the knee-high Gaernes at home most days.

We officially launch the entire 2014 collection on monday. Sprint info will be in there, stay posted to PB, Vital and all the rest for specs. And yes, this pant was completely redesigned for bike-an entirely new body based on MTB and BMX racing (myself and our head designer Jeremy are both 6'1" if that helps guage your interest). But even on someone short and a sz 28 (brosnan) the fit is amazing (you can find pics from the aussie nationals of him racing in it).

I'm sure it all sells or he wouldn't have a supercross team but, every year that goes by I seriously picture Troy Lee having an LSD primed, extended weekend at Burning Man,designing the upcoming year after watching 14 hrs of internet anime, then when he gets back home, questions what the heck he drew ,but because he's under a deadline, has to keep it. Then in a desperate attempt to balance it out, goes through some old moto magazines from the mid seventies to co-opt some gear ideas for the over 50 crowd.Am I close,at least?;)

Just curious: can you wear e.g. Dainese Viking pants underneath w/o having to go two sizes up?

Found these, really like the black one:

The shape of these pants remind me of the cut on the Fox demo pants, which are excellent.

Hilarious.

As for our Supercross team, we have that team exists for 2 reasons:
1. Troy loves racing
2. We have incredible sponsors that fund the entire program (Lucas Oil, Honda, RedBull, Adidas, Oakley, Seaspan, fender, MavTV, GoPro, Fasthouse and more). Without them, there is no team-period, no matter how much Troy loves racing.

And yes, we sell out of bike product every year.

Sure curious as to how Seaspan came to sponsor a motocross team? Considering they are a Canadian marine company it seems like a weird connection.

Hmm......i can't tell if your "hilarious" was sincere or not. You might be better at sarcasm than I thought.

Troy is good friends with the owner, who is also a fan of motocross racing...we almost got him up to crankworx last year, maybe this year (owner of seaspan).

You are correct...despite my terminology of 'owner'...I think he is CEO or something, not sure.
They did a moto enduro tour through indonesia/cambodia/vietnam...or something back in the Fall, they had a blast.
