Both sold by the same dealer, both feel good. My question is about features and the technical part that i have no knowledge of.

Maybe ask your dealer who has the better warranty with regards to parts and everything else outside of the frame. I know trek is pretty good, I don't squat about lapierre. But if it's the same shop, that's usually half the warranty battle. Flip a coin.

Definitely the one with the snazzy reflectors.

On a more serious note, assuming the parts spec is roughly the same, buy the cheaper one.
