Crazy long crank options

So I've been rocking 180mm cranks on my trail and road bikes for the past year. They definitely seem to be an improvement over 175-175mm cranks (which I run on my 3 DH bikes). However, with a 39" inseam i should supposedly be running 190mm+ cranks. Does anyone know who makes such crazy long cranks? Apparently Zinn will do up to 215mm for road bikes, but I don't really care enough to pay $800 for cranks. Profile does 190mm, but I think super burly profile cranks would look kinda silly on my XC bikes. Are there any options I'm missing? It seems like shimano, middleburn, and SRAM only go to 180mm. Race face only goes to 175mm (JERKS!)

They have a weight limit on the Ti Spindle still correct? Profile does 190mm

Yes that's also my concern with the profiles. I go basically insanely gigantic when I ride. I'm wondering if 225lbs+super long cranks+ti spindle=massive amounts of twisting on impacts.

Plus I have to use their chainrings right? So I can't go double or narrow wide?

(This will be going on my 29er trail bike)

Is there any way to use the profile cranks with a BB30?

Oh sweet, didn't see that they have a 104 spider. It doesn't seem to show what BB style they use natively though. Maybe I can get my frame builder to just make whatever I need.

Okay why the hell is the 104 bcd spider $80 and the 5 bolt is $30?

i've been running the ti spindle on my bikes for over 10 years. on average i use the same spindle for about 6 years, i've never had a single issue...
How much do you weigh? Do you push the limits of what's possible on 2 wheels?

Looks like i'm definietly gonna get the profile cranks for my road bike. No compatibility issues there. Just a matter of sorting out the BB on my xc bike now.

i've varied from between 180 up to 210 over the past 10 years...

i'd say i push those limits pretty hard and very far. my bikes have been up and down the old RBR courses many many times...

i'm 6'5" and have been contemplating 177.5 on my road bike. 190mm on a trail bike, aren't you worried about pedal strikes? Leonard Zinn is a huge advocate of long cranks for tall guys. I believe Leonard runs 215mm cranks on his bikes.

I ran Profile Dirt( the heavy ones) for a while and my ankles hated life, the little bit of protruding tube at the spindle end annoyed the crap outta me.

I am currently running the Profile Race cranks on a BB92 setup but it did take some machining and bearing swapping. Also the bolt holes in the splined spider weren't machined correctly so three from four had to be re-drilled. The cranks are awesomely stiff but only come in 175mm lengths.
There's no way I'd run their old style cranks, they should have died in the 80's, mud+splines+hammer to remove cranks=no fun, in my opinion anyways.

EDIT- Still waiting on a reply from Profile from a couple of months ago, I emailed the bloke in this vid, as he has no idea how to use a torque wrench I didn't expect a reply to a weird question-
