Dancin' over rocks n' roots!
Menu is shaping up. I am trying to plan according to what's in season and/or on sale (to offer the best price).

Breakfast:
Sandwiches (egg, cheese, bacon, sausage)
Breakfast Egg Bake (ham/sausage, veggies, etc.)
Pancakes w/bacon & syrup (likely there will be blueberries too if the picking is good)

Dinners:
Turkey, salt potatoes and maybe some sweet corn or broccoli slaw
Homemade Pulled Pork sandwiches with coleslaw
Seasonal Pasta dish with veggies (I'm thinking pasta w/sundried tomato pesto)

Snacks:
Chips & Salsa
PB Pretzels
Sweet Breads (either banana, zucchini, etc.)
Mixed Nuts
Hummus & pita chips
Fruit
Veggies

Dessert:
Cookies
Fruit Crumble or something like that

Lunch?
I'm thinking we'll be on the trails for lunch so I am bringing lots of mini Mojo bars for everyone to fuel their rides with. I'll also bring snacks to the trails we ride too, but other than that I don't think we'll be around the house for lunch so I am not planning on bringing anything special.

Thursday lunch at Long Trail after Pine Hill Park ride! Can we plan on riding about 10:30 or 11am?

My dietary restrictions are still the same as always... no onions and extra bacon on everything.

As of right now, Crombie and I will drive to your place Wednesday after work so we can make the Pine Hill ride on Thursday morning.

You're not against her picking up a few bad words of English, are you? Bring her, she's a great kid.

So I know that Pine Hill is planned for Thursday.

What other places/trails are we planning on checking out?
The local bike shop (Laudy knows the owner and has been emailing them) leads a ride Thursday night. Perhaps some might consider joining that (bring your lights!). They also would probably be more than happy to give us some advice on good rides. I want to hit all the BEST TRAILS!
