The manufacturer will do what sells the bike. And right now the hype is 27.5..... And there are plenty of 27.5 fanboi with money ready to buy.

I'm an unabashed 27.5 fanboi. Been riding my Bronson C since May 2013. I believe....
It would be nice to have a dh bike that share the same size wheels as my trail bike so I can swap wheels in a pinch.

It's nice to see them continue to refine and polish this design. The front triangle has slightly cleaner lines and the bike looks just gorgeous. Even if pinkbike kids are holding out, you gotta make what sells. I wouldn't be surprised to see them offer both or some sort of conversion chip though, SC tends to be fairly smart like that. Or you can just run it with 26" wheels and kidwoo can have his 12.5" bb height.

You didn't honestly think they wouldn't be on 27.5 bikes this season did you? Their job is to win races, no?IF Ratboy and Minaar run 27.5, then it is last spike on 26" coffin since fanboys go by hype and follow their idols

Even if Ratboy becomes champion, it doesnt change things at all. SC is going force riders to use BRAND NEW SHINY toys before or later because it will sell MOAR. Just add some SHIMZ so JonKranked can have some.

Not that Gee was not riding 650B either.
And skin suits and no helmet peaks is even moar faster but we still don't ride them because it looks moar stupid. Same goes for big wheels.
Hearing about the 650b v10 is awesome news! Lot's of people wanting a v10c will be able to pick up a great deal on the 26" blowout sales and used v10 sales.
And Ratboy is fast on every wheelsize. Getting british champion is quite a success.
