Honestly, I think if Marine leaders saw them pissing on bodies and bothered to care under the given circumstances, most would say "Hey, mother****er, cut that out. You're a professional killer, not a professional pisser, so go square your **** away and get ready to find some live Taliban assholes to shoot. I don't want you paying attention to your piss-stream and have some durka-durka ****head shoot you while you're otherwise absorbed. Plus, you know that ****'s going to end up on Youtube someday, so secure it NOW."
Then told the Doc to keep an eye on them for signs of PTSD or any mental condition which might make them combat-ineffective or dangerous to comrades. Probably given a speech to the platoon later that we're not going to piss on dead bodies or cut off ears or any Lord of the Flies crap like that, and anyone found doing so from now on would be sent to see the Wizard [shrink]. But punish them? For pissing on a dead body? Only if they were moronic enough to do it in front of the media, or like these unfathomable zeroes, post it up themselves.
Of course, some leaders might throw a hissy and launch into a speech on honor, courage, commitment...some of a more sadistic bent might just smile and walk off. I doubt anyone would be filling out paperwork.
