shameless plugs really aren't my thing, but I'm pretty obscure and hard to find at this point... working on a website, etc as I go, but I'm pretty lousy at this Business stuff to be honest, I'm just a garage rat and not much more. But it seems people are looking for alternatives to the current options out there, so I'm throwing my hat in the ring.
Like them or hate them, here they are:

Basically I just needed a place to mount a cool bottle opener, so said eff it and built some bike racks..
I tried to not make them too flexy and I don't think they look like sessions anymore...and yes, I can do them up in root beer.

Do your racks even enduro, bro?
If there's a spot to stash my goggles on shuttle stages I'm in!

Hey guys...
The racks totally enduro. Fenders fit no prob. I'm actually working on helmet hooks at this very moment, sure they'll hold goggles just fine.
And currently at the laser cutters are my prototype snowboard and tool racks that bolt to the shuttle rack... I've had a tool carrier for awhile now, but I wanted it to do more.

I make any count rack from 5 down. With the 5 bike weighing in at 64 pounds, 59lbs for the 4 bike, and yes I do 1.25" racks... pm me for prices? Is that best?

curious how much you would sell just the wheel holder portion of the rack?

I'd be interested in 6 of them.

Racks look good. Tried the North Shore racks, a bit of pain to load/unload bikes IMO so this looks like a better option.

I tried to do things that made sense. Im continuously amazed at the fact that people-MOST people-have no problems spending $7000 on a bike then bang it against 5 other bikes or use a rack that itself causes damage. Wtf? Even if it saves them $100 it's worth it to them.
But the wheel baskets will hold 26", 27.5", and 29" equally as well. Took me a while nail that formula. Also holds 24" as the bungee cord pulls the wheel to the back of the tray and holds it there.
The bungee cords are 10 percent stretch, which means they stretch enough to fatten then basically become rope so bikes can't bounce out.
I spent a long time figuring out exactly where hands like to go when retrieving a bike, and that's where I placed the bungee balls. Walk up hands goo where they feel they should and the balls are right asset your thumbs, pop and pull the bike out. 3 second unload, 6 second load.
I also added a receiver hitch to the back of every rack. I tow trailers a lot and have no interest in ever removing my rack. It also allows using a cargo tray with a few bikes, so coolers, chainsaws, firewood, etc don't have to be in the passenger area.
And then there's the bottle opener....aka the Deal Closer lol!

This rack is the best designed rack. I've had a few custom racks made over the last few years and yours is much better.

Well thanks man. :)
It's the culmination of 8 years of driving driving home with broken rack parts and bicycles stuffed into the back of whatever vehicle I happened to have at the time until I started getting it right!
I won't say it's the end result though...I feel like there's something better in me yet...just have to work it to the surface!

Uhhhh, because it's a mountain bike and it's supposed to get banged up? I'm continuously amazed by the ridiculous amount of mental energy people spend worrying about scratches on their DH bikes.

How much do these racks cost? Are they cheaper than NS racks? Also, dig the pink. Makes me think my rack needs a makeover.

Wow, looks good! Definitely will have to consider when I'm ready to get a new rack.

Bike weight limits? Pricing?

My bikes get scratches on trails not on racks.

Since I have almost $10k into my DH bike now, I take ridiculous amounts of mental and physical energy to not get scratches... when not riding the bike.

Long gone are the days of the 48lb Kona Stinky and cheap paint. The carbon age presents a whole new challenge, but it's more than just that now...we are past hucking and heavy metal. Bicycles are precision machines, and expensive ones. I think they deserve more than being hung from the backs of vehicles on pitch forks or clamped in vices. Can't believe the racks haven't evolved with them..,

Don't know how many, if any, of you are automotive junkies too, but I just found out that one of my racks still be on the back of a concept truck in the Rotiform Wheels/Magnaflow booth at SEMA! I'm pretty freaking stoked...

Over your shoulder whispering
FYI, you really need to work a deal with Chris Steuber at UJointOffRoad to get your racks on his mega-vans.

His customers spend premium money on equipment for their land yachts and then slap a crap bike rack on the back.

Mentioned your stuff to him again this week.

I appreciate getting the word out, but I really don't have any desire to climb in bed with ANYONE on these yet. Im comfortable with the direction I'm headed with these and don't want that to change.
Once I "release" this thing, I'll know more about what I'll want to do.
Anyone slapping someone else's product on their own is going to want a kickback and I'm honestly just already priced too low even make that possible.

Sorry, if you guys knew what I had into building those wheel baskets you'd understand. Trying to pull off a 4" radius would be ridiculous and would require a full rework on my laser cut sheet, an additional length bungee to keep track of and have on hand...for maybe a half dozen possible sales per year?
I've had requests for for commuter bikes(wtf) and the ability to fit their stupid fenders, unicycles, recumbents, and tandems. Like it or not, fat bikes are right there with em.
And let's not forget about the Stryders...come on people, if there's no room in your vehicle to fit a stryder it's time to lose the Prius.
