Demo C cable routing.

Mines under the top tube. And seems like it's pulling the cables as there's no room for slack

I can't find a picture of a demo anywhere without downtube routing?

Anyone know why I have this anomaly?

Because cable routing experts on the Internet pissed and moaned about the downtube routing enough that specialized put it on the list of things to get rid of along with the "seat stays".

well to be fair, under the downtube is a terrible spot to put cables or hoses

On bottom, I agree, but people were complaining about the top of the DT on the 2011-15 demos, and I'm not sure why.
I think it's quite clean for being external and for the frame design
