I guess you can't have machining tools in a Bong Cave. However if there was a explosion you might kill your neighbors cat or something. Bong caves tend to be isolated from urban areas. If you live near a prison you might risk contact with escaped killers, but that is only here in NY. Nothing can harsh your buzz more then having the Police rush in and search your bong cave....
