so how fresh will the legs be for sunday.....or will you rest?'Morning! Since the wife is dragging me out on a 110 mile road ride tomorrow ( ), I'm doubling up on the runs today to keep the mileage up. 6 miles completed before work, 7-8 more planned post-work.
Why, what's Sunday? I've got nothing going on besides another road ride.so how fresh will the legs be for sunday.....or will you rest?
your legs never get a case of "fuck this shit"?Why, what's Sunday? I've got nothing going on besides another road ride.
Sometimes the legs, sometimes the brain, but days like that when you push through make a runner stronger. (not to sound like a cheeseball or anything)your legs never get a case of "fuck this shit"?
"Pull the lever, I dare ya.."*sigh*
Someone on nights needs to go to remedial tug driver training.
I hope so. I ended up doing some really fast laps today with a small group. 7.55 per lap of 3.35 miles. I think it's the fastest I have ever done but it's a good way to get even faster. I still have a cold and it showed as my pulse started getting high and would not settle down where it normally does.Sometimes the legs, sometimes the brain, but days like that when you push through make a runner stronger. (not to sound like a cheeseball or anything)
try not to let this happen
Back at it.
it's coming out of my paycheck....*sigh*

Nearly every single day, it turns out.You work @Full Trucker ? I don't believe it.
Thanks man. We have one rule for this race: Don't jimmydean the race car.Good luck, yo.
Some sort of mountain pooping contest?Trying to swing a day of massive pain and suffering in the hills on Sunday.
FUCK mornings. My post work rides have been skunked by evening rains (downpours actually) more than a few times lately, and today is looking no different.
I really have to start the dawn patrol program. Early to bed, early to rise, climb all the trails, huck all the gnars.
Damn right. I can't even begin to function properly until at least 9 or 10, certainly not to do anything that might potentially involve ramming my head into a tree or going OTB at 25mph.FUCK mornings.
I had one passed on to me too from my son.caught a cold from the 9 month old. Gonna go enduro tonight anyway.
Hard as fack.
Heh. I'm not much of a night owl, either. 10pm-7am or my $hit gets ornery...Never been a morning person either. Up all night, every night. I am what creeps around in the darkness.
