The NFC west sucks!!! LOLOLOL oh wait.....
Only 2 weeks into it, but seemingly a lot of divisions suck. The NFC east looks to be pretty bad now that Romo is out for awhile, the NFC North is basically just Green Bay, the NFC South looks pretty terrible with maybe the Falcons unsucking a bit, the AFC South looks pretty awful with Indy not living up to expectations so far, the AFC east has the Pats as per the usual, and the AFC north may be OK but I'm not sold on the Bungles or even the Steelers. Ahh, the beauty of parity!

Arizona looks really good right now. Granted they've faced two shitty defenses, but still.

Dallas has lost both Tony Romo and Dez Bryant for the majority of the season, and Jason Witten has two sore ankles and a sore knee. Dallas is focked.

I'm going to actually agree! I have a great friend who is a Packers fan, and his dad past away last week. I'm glad he got this win. But next time... :)

And wth is RW talking about this concussion preventing water? Does it increase the amount of cranial fluid to create a greater cushion inside the brain? Does it increase the oil production in the hair to create a buffer there? Do you even know what a concussion is? psh. You are being disappointing. Ditch that celeb arm candy and focus on the GAME.

Sad, but hardly surprising. I can't ever imagine any kind of helmet mitigating the longterm effects of your brain repeatedly squishing hard up against your skull. Not even Russell Wilson's magic elixir can help with that.
Imagine what Travis Pastrana's brain is going to to look like in 10 years?

They should at least wait until the team moves before burning the stadium down.
I'm looking forward to seeing that Rams defense take on Arizona. Arizona looks damn good this year. Seems like the Rams are going to go around taking out QB knees this year. Carson Palmer, you're up!

The Patriots look unstoppable.
Baltimore is 0-3. Nobody saw that coming.

Yeah, well Minnesota is home to wealthy lion killers.
Yes, and Denver too. Actually, pretty much any city with an NFL team is home to wealthy lion killers.

Meanwhile in Michigan, the unranked Jim Harbaughs just dismantled #22 BYU.
MSU is ranked #2 in the nation. Well deserved for their program. If Michigan can return to form it could make for some very fun college football.

Leaves sundays open for trail rides being a lions fan and all.

I think the Bears are going to turn it around. They have tremendous talent at the QB position, their defense didn't give up 50 points, tons of skill players on offense and they have a dynamic and innovative coach in John Fox. The table is set...set for them to go 1-15 (beat the Lionesses) to conversely match the 15-1 record of the '85 squad.

3 weeks in, so time to break it down -

Expected: The red ass Patriots coming out en fuego, the red ass Patriots beating the Bills and Coach False Bravado, Tampa Bay still being pretty shitty, the Packers being able to score on anybody but still have a suspect defense, the Potato Skins sucking a big phallic shaped potato, the Michigan Wolverines > San Fran 49ers, the Cowboys still being good sans Murray, the Raiders tuning up to suck in their new LA digs, and the Vikes to be better with Mr. Switch in the backfield.

Unexpected: The Panthers playing pretty bad but still 3-0, the Falcons looking like a legitimate playoff team, the (fucking) Eagles not being able to score...on anybody, the Saints picking up where they left off last season, the Dolphins heading towards a mid/early-season coach firing, Indy still looking pretty pitiful despite adding some name talent to help Luck out, the Lions being 0-3 bad.

Superbowl will be Pats vs. Bills (I know its 2 AFC teams, but I don't think anyone is the NFC is really that good [even the Packers], and someone needs to go 0-5 in the Superbowl, so why not Rex and Bills? The NFL seems to be making up rules as they go, so why not shake things up and have 2 teams from the same conference? )

If Palmer stays healthy this year I can see the Cardinals doing rather well. They were pretty damned good until they lost him last year.

Yeah, I forgot about how dominant they've looked this year, and how well they played last year with Palmer and even without him at times. With that in mind, I will put them in the Super Bowl opposite the Pats assuming Mr. Palmer stays ambulatory (however unlikely that may be).

I should also mention I am sad the Eagles cut Tebow, as I was looking forward to him releasing a flock of mallard ducks after Bradford gets hurt (their O-line is atrocious).

Tyrod Taylor has been ranked among the top 5 quarterbacks in QB ranking so far this season. It seems way too good to be true. In the spirit of a true Bills fan... I'm still waiting for something to go wrong.
