I bought a used 2013 knolly podium and the ccdb coil needs a rebuild . My question is should I go this route or should I buy a dvo jade or the ohlins coil? Also thinking about an avalanche upgrade for my 888. I have a long cold winter coming up here in the Poconos and need something to tinker with.

I really like the ccdb...i say get it rebuilt tuning can be a little finicky but it can be adjusted to about anything.
The dvo I have heard good things about but not rode and ohlins makes great stuff as well never rode the bicycle stuff.

As far as the 888 if it is old or in need of rebuild or you want to be able to custom tune and fiddle then the avy cart is great it literally can be set up for any application and super easy to get shims and tune.

Who would be the best to send the db to for a rebuild?
With the fork I was thinking about selling it and buying a 380 c2r2 I found them new for 700 shipped but I think the avalanche would be better

There isn't much performance difference between the top brands' high end shocks if they're all custom tuned for your riding style and weight. I'd recommend TF Tuned to send your DB off to. They deal with them all the time.
