I bought this hub, luckily shimano labeled it "old", so I know I'm getting old ass shit that's like 50 years out of date. Good to know.

Granted, I'm a little slow, but I found the packaging on a Shimano brake adapter that I purchased recently to be a little confusing.

F or R I guess means front or rear? Okay...

Measurements, sure I understand. But why are they 140, 160, 180 and then 203? What happened to 200?

P/S, P/P, S/P, S/S, S/B........yeah,sure. P for post?

It just makes no sense to go up in 20mm increments and then jump up 23mm from 180?

I must point out, Canadia uses metric. :nerd::brows::busted:

those are millimeters. nothing happened to 200, it was never a standardized size. at least from shimano. 203mm=8"

edit: technically its 203.2mm :nerd:
There where a couple of companys that did(does) 200mm and some that did 205mm. Just to make our lives easier...
