Help with Knee Pads

I just ordered a set.
I will follow up after I get them.

I really like the way they designed the straps. I went with these over POC.
Hopefully made the right decision.

Yes; 3-plus seasons-worth now. I got them initially to wear under race pants but they since also became my go-to for aggressive trail-riding too. Sizing runs true to the charts; D30 works as advertised (although I'd still opt for hard-shell for lots of sharp, hard rock); and they stay in place.

The upper (thigh) strap is particularly good at keeping them in place and the hole at the back of the knee keeps sweat from accumulating and giving me a rash back there. They are comfortable enough to wear off the bike for a midday break and keep wearing all day riding.

I shouldn't be saying any of this, as I should be in all-7iDP now (which I am for the most part); but you asked and it's the truth.

These pads are well thought out and appear to be able to take a hit. Whacked myself in the knee with a a large mallet. Hard cap works.

I'd say 5 x 2hr rides or so.

Quite comfy now.

Not sure if the 7iDPs are going to cut it. Probably should've gone with a full body protection system like this cautious fellow -
