Regarding Claudio, I've always had a large measure of respect for his riding ability given that he seems to ride a lot of these tracks cold, and even so, usually manages to not only stay upright, but has kept some legitimately fast riders in touch (especially the ladies). Of course I assume the "rabbit" is often times kind of poking, and it makes me chuckle when he starts talking about their poor line choices, but seeing Remi easily walk away from him puts things in perspective. Even Lamar Odom is going to be impressed with what goes down this weekend in Lourdes.

Of what I've seen so far, I can't decide which is scarier - a potentially super slimy "Wall" or the road gap that lands into the dank, dark confines of Fangorn Forest (i.e. potential wonky lighting change with large Ents almost immediately in play).

Man, is gonna be so rad, can't wait for Sunday. Should be classic race conditions, epic and slippery. I'd really like to see Cancellara pull it off in his last year. Sagan is on fire though, and riding with a lot of confidence. Maybe too early but it would be rad to see Phinney pull of something good too.
