what kind of helmet do you use?

I find that the newest helmets I've owned manage sweat pretty well. I'd think a cap would be too hot.

No clue if they make skull caps, but Target carries Champion C9 stuff, which is all knock off Under Armor, and it's about 1/2 the price and IMHO a little better quality. Their boxers have kept my dangly bits un-swampy fairly well over the last couple years, and because I lack the spirit of enduro, I wear their workout shirts riding and they wick moisture quite well.

I use a hoo rag, people around here use them for fishing. I wear it like a skull cap. I'm always amazed at how well it works.

Headsweats skull caps. I have 3. Work well and cheap. The little tail flapping in the wind gives the allusion that your fast. Chicks dig them also.

I've used a variety of skull caps and even headbands, they all seem to work about as expected to me. (Lighter ones absorb less sweat but are not as hot, etc.)

I've found that a Mips helmet helps manage sweat drain better, probably because of the separation created by the liner.

I'll echo this as I've had good results with Champion products, c9 and Dou Dry loose fit tees and golf shorts for all my enduro activities.

Just a little Suspicious of the Neanderthal claim?

Most people whose ancestors came from that blue region have a small percentage of neanderthal. Genetic analysis show about 3% for me. It would seem one of my great^n grandparents had a cross species fetish.

With my hairless head, sweat evaporates well before it gets even near my eyebrows let alone my eyes.
Brother, you need learn how to SWEAT. Too humid here to not sweat most days. Another tip is to put a line of Chapstick across your brow. I never remember to do but I have tried it and works ok. But I sweat like Hunter Thompson which is kind of industrial in nature. Most people will sweat a lot when they go hard. Sweat management is what it's about. I always twinge when people claim a helmet makes them sweat or a pack makes them sweat. Nope. Going hard makes you sweat.

You do have unusual skull features that cannot so easily be explained. We just went with the Neandethal theory and just wondered at how good your communication skills are. They did teach that chimp Coco to sign language. Since Syadasti doesn't post here much we can only assume your origin.

Heh, East Coast humidity induces a whole new level of sweating. Even with a well ventilated helmet I would pour sweat while out here it's typically just a sexy sheen.

All of my bikes have suffered corrosion problems around the headtube and steerer due to a continuous flow of toxic sweat dripping on it. My Turner has bubbles popping up all over the place. It looks less like a powder coated aluminum frame and more like a rust riddled car with a recent cheap paint job.

No naked chicks but it worked well. Kept the sweat from dripping into my eye unlike the Halos I've been using. I'll be picking up a couple more.
