i had just watching Greg Moore's Indy car crash from 1999 and instantly thought of Alonso when that happened. i cant believe he walked away with no problems. he said he rushed to get out because he knew his mother watching. lol

so stoked to see Haas score good points in their first race. hell, the team didnt really exist a few months ago!

that crash was insane!! after watching Alonso getting out i was thinking he should be saying a thanks to Senna and all the engineers who developed those tubs over the years. 10-15 yrs ago he'd be dead. i was happy for Haas too. first race, nice finish especially with only one car. i haven't read up on it yet but i was curious as to why the american Rossi didn't get on the team. anyone know anything? and my friends and i got our tickets for the Indy Boston race today.

a big thanks to dr sid watkins for his work towards car safety. besides for bianchi, senna was the last person to die in 1994. bianchi's death was no fault of the cars.

rossi didnt have enough cash to get a seat at Manor...or backing from his government like Haryanto

enough to crack his seat too. not surprising to hear that Mclaren and Honda werent able to salvage anything at all from that crash.
I wonder if they will count it as one of the available powerplants?

lol, of course. he has 4 left for the whole season. he used juuust a few more than that last year

edit: thankfully because the US race was confirmed this year, they allotted them 5, instead of 4 because of the 21 race schedule

I thought I remembered the track reporter from NBC ask Bernie about the F1 sale happening and Bernie kinda just blew it off and walked away. the track reporter says thanks Bernie, as usual, clear as mud. laughed my ass off!! here's a better vid of the Zanardi crash. you can see fleshy part

very glad Ross Brawn is heading up the racing department for the new management. maybe now the troll can spend more time trying to weasel his way out of other lawsuits like he has in the past

If'n ya prefer something with a little more pedigree going door handle to door handle.

Not to mention Breadvan!

Wohoo, there's really a Breadvan! Awesome car. And Donington is such an amazing track. Edit: Goodwood, not Donni. Looked like Donington at first glance.

the Breadvan has got to be the best one-off Ferraris ever made (even though they didnt make it, hence no prancing horse badges) and imo a better looking car than the GTO its based off of.
glad to see they fixed it up from the crash
