Just caught a bike thief at the shop.
Had a guy come in late last night just before closing with a bike.
had no saddle & grips, he was being super tight with the parts he wanted put on it.
Said he'd had the bike ages but didn't even know what kind of bike it was, wanted me to strip it down so he could repaint it so it looked different.
No one buys a Transition patrol and builds it up with this unusual spec and doesn't know what it is or anything about it.

Bit of a facebook search and I've found the real owner who had this an 2 other bikes nicked last month.
Told the guy that brought it in that we'd have it stripped for him some time next week, so I have a few days to play with to set up a lovely surprise.
I've pulled the grips and saddle that he wanted back off now and chucked them back on the wall.
