Not worth starting a new thread, and not to infer that TLD is a culprit, but, what gloves are not total peices of shit? And by total pieces of shit, I mean arrive new with the seams already coming apart, and/or have holes in the fingers after one ride, and/or split at the palm, and/or rip the velcro closure off before or while the other things listed above are already happening?

Any brand I've tried I have this happen. Not going gloveless. I need my hands intact for clearing jams in dangerous, high-speed equipment with lots of gears and and whirling, loose belt-driven gizmos.
SO far, TLD and Fly have been the two companies I have had the best luck with. I have a handful of TLD gloves and have worn them out but never had them be total pieces of crap right from the start. Same with the one pair of fly moto gloves I won in a raffle or soemthing....

my fox and giro gloves on the other hand are exactly as you described, ripped or crap right out of the box.

my dakine concepts seem ok as long as you size up.
i just got some 7 protection transitions as well that seem well made, if not a bit tight at the opening which has me wondering if the putting on and taking off will prematurely cause some issues. i still have 661 raji's that are maybe 8 or more years old that look the same now as then.

TLD's have been most durable glove i've used. Just wish they put a snot rag on them. The ACE gloves i'm not a fan of just because of how thin they are but they are meant to be thin.
