I've a rigid QR 1 1/8" carbon fork that I swap onto my Lynskey during the winter or when bikepacking. Always wanted a Niner 15mm one, especially since we put one on my wife's Ti hardtail last winter. She was fine with me grabbing one on sale at the same price we paid for hers last year 
I got the xfusion rear shock for $79, is a back up or maybe not.
Do the CC shocks come with a backup shock yet for when you have to send them in?
Not in my experience but the biggest bummer is that they are not easy to service at home.
I bought a ccdba/cs that died literally out of the box. Zero rides.

FWIW my CCDB air CS was a laughably reliable and solidly performing shock. Another positive aspect was the air can didn't explode, which seems like a pretty cool feature IMO. I just got an Inline coil, so we'll see if my good fortune continues to hold.

My experience as well.
Patiently waiting for my X2 to explode while I delay getting my suspension serviced until the snow flies.
CCDB coil I had was very reliable. Seasons without issues. Two months into a new Inline and it would lose all pressure 10 mins into a ride. 2nd rebuild the same thing. worst shock I've ever owned, even if the performance was nice when it worked. CC offered to rebuild it at a price higher than what suspension werx does it for, even after I pushed them for a straight up replacement or CCDBA if I paid the extra. Nope. It's an item that SHOULD have been recalled, considering the design and mfg process had huge flaws. Nope. They want you to pay for their fuckup. Fuck them. CC will never see my money again, for any product under the sun.
Whatever, where else are you going to be able to buy a thudbuster?
But yeah, I hope the coily version of the inline has a track record like my CCDB coil and air shocks versus the inline air, which has been pretty awful by most accounts.

And yea, the performance and reliability I got out of the CCDB coil was amazing. It's a shame the inline was such a failure that makes it hard to support a company that doesn't really support it's customers when getting a bad product.

I did have a CCDB coil on my DHR for a month or two, LOVED that shock.
If I didn't have to give it back I'd probably still be riding it. I'm not anti CC, I just had bad luck with their air shock, AND they're warranty service was excellent and left nothing unresolved.

Not looking to pick a fight here by any means but I service them for my job and aside from the DBA air can being needlessly complex to disassemble they are a pleasure to work on. I can see that they would be a PITA to nitrogen charge without the correct gear but otherwise they're elegantly simple inside. Don't work for them or have any affiliation, totally independent service house but I think they deserve credit for that range of products.
