Hey now! Only 45 mins from my haus! I will be away most of those dates but may be able to catch you all on the last day!
another year, another monkeyfest i'll miss.

I think they have a crew working on trails there - saw something about it at the end of the season on FB...
A possibility for sure. They had a crew working on trails last season. I'll keep checking it out.

This will be the first Monkeyfest that we have access to a pool and hot tub. This could get... interesting.The woods, duh.

BWWWAAHHHHH......I should have a greater update this week, but yeah..bikes/beer/pool/hottub.
We are thinking people will arrive Thursday? Friday ride(s) tailored to participants. Saturday we're thinking epic SMBA adventure followed by Beers at a new local brewery and perhaps a second mellower ride. Sunday could be a tour of some flow or a day at West Mountain (which could also be combined with some flowy xc too. We have so many fun & suffer rides to choose from!

As per usual, some updates:
I am anticipating some arrivals on Thursday (?) - Sunday. Please let me know when to expect you so I can plan food accordingly.
Accommodations:
We have bed space (inside our house and our camper), room for tents and/or campers....just let me know your preference. I tentatively have listed names and where I think you're staying above. We have a full-size futon (Basement); full size bedroom with room for a flip out bed (reserved for Yelo & family), bunk room with 3 twins (top, bottom bunks and mattress on the floor) and other bunk room with two twins (3-step bunk and mattress on the floor). We also have floor space for many and a queen size air mattress and atleast 1 twin air mattress. Our camper has a queen size bed and bunk beds too. The back yard has room for tents, we have a tee-pee in the woods with cots and space for campers as well.
Food:
I'll provide meals as usual (breakfasts, lunch on the go -- probably cooler or lunch items at trails as they all have space for picnic type lunches and dinners). Bring some beers/drinks to share, but I will also have some soda, OJ, Coffee, Lemonade, etc. I'm guessing breakfast & lunch Friday, Saturday & Sunday and dinner on Friday & Saturday....I can do dinner Thursday or potluck it depending on arrivals.
What to bring:
bikes & gear (duh)
beers (duh--if you forget this step we might not be friends)
camping chair if you have one...we do have chairs too if you don't
swimsuit (we have a hot tub and a pool)
Towel if you think of it otherwise, I probably have enough

Hilarie and I will arrive Thursday, ride and whatnot Friday.
I'm not planning to haul the R-Pod, I think I'd embarrass myself trying to back it into your driveway.
Heading back this way for an event we need to go to Saturday afternoon, I hope to return after the event.

It is official. I will be attending. I will be tenting it. No special accommodations will be needed. I will bring Kielbasa and Pierogis to pass. I will defer to you.

Also planning on being there Thursday probably late lunchtime, but I may stop on the way to stretch my legs, so don't plan on me eating lunch.
