I always tried to give the dude the benefit of the doubt with my perception of him but it's become painfully obvious (esp with this) that he is exactly what the internet says about him, a whiny little b*tch. I don't care if he told Jeff not to get champagne on him, how many times have any of us been around alcohol and told someone not to do something and they did just that? I mean it was a podium/party...To react that way is just little man agro syndrom. I hope his sponsors drop him, he isn't bringing anything to a brand anymore.

If someone keeps telling you not to do something (and it's as harmless as this), I think you are obliged to do it for general hilarity reasons.
Payback is a given too, only fair.

No one did wrong. If it's a sensitive flower child event, do the punching off the podium.

Interviewing them to discuss their feelings though, that's *** as ****.
The fact that either of them said anything more than "lol" makes them both douchelords too.

Both of them seem like whiny man babies to me. Lopes is an asshole, no news there. But punching someone on the podium while cameras are rolling is just unprofessional and not at all proper response. De-pantsing Kabush while he had hands up would have been way more entertaining and harmless.

Oh and Lopes hits like sixth grader who watched a few Kung Fu movies. Back in the day, if that had of been Pistol Pete he punched we'd be reading Lopes's obituary. He only hit him because he knew he could get away with it, pussy.
