My first real mountain bike, a 1990 or 91 Trek 7000, came with an owners manual. The warranty contained within clearly stated it was invalid if the “bicycle is ridden off road”.
Banshee on the other hand encourages riders to beat the fuck out of their frames and they’ll give you a deal on a new one. If you got the balls to try and break one, go for it. Keith and the boys will not bash you on an open forum.

Bunch of us just rode our xc race rigs in Sedona yesterday, here for the Whiskey Off-Road race. Rode Made in the Shade, Highline, Hogs, etc. Obviously we can’t ride them as hard, but we rode everything. Trails are tech up and down. With more travel you can blast the stuff much faster and hit bigger, but it would suck if you “need to buy” an AM bike to ride the trails. People ride this stuff on hardtails.
I remember seeing those rigs at street comps and a few DH races in the early 2000s. Couldn't quite get my head around that concept though.
These days it would make a fun novelty bike, but i bet it could take a metric shit ton of beating.
EDIT: Did a bit of research on it, can confirm it will take even moar than a metric shit ton of beating. Also highly versatile. And now i want one.

DT Swiss rate their Wheels with this application. This is where the previous Syntace NA Rep was employed at length.
Syntace is fairly strict with applying durability ratings.
Something happened last month with former Syntace at Newmen DE though. Like - all of Newmen Road Wheel products are being recalled.
yeah better to send the guy sixty bucks worth of carbon out of the mold then kill your brand and save $3000.
